One of the wonderful things about Web 2.0 is the potential to share with colleagues around the world almost instantly. You can ask a question, and someone out there will know the answer. Some of the tools you can use to communicate and share with others include the following. I like these, because they sit on my toolbar, and are ready to be used when I need them, I don't have to open other applications.

Del.icio.us is a social bookmarking site, you can share your bookmarks with groups of friends, colleagues or students. I love it because I can change from my laptop, to a classroom PC, to my home PC, using Firefox or Internet Explorer and always have my favourite sites with me. Through the use of tags my bookmarked favourites are always organised. I know in the past I have methodically created folders to organise my bookmarks, but never seemed to be able to find them when I needed them. deltoolbar.png
Type in the tag/keyword, et voila, there is the site I could have spent hours looking through folders for.
My del.icio.us username is "starnott"
